CANCELLATION POLICY
Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a 20% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows: Clients who cancel an hour prior or fail to show up for their appointment 30 minutes after the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
